Each candidate takes the same amount of time to interview, prep and do references on. 10% of first year's salary = Zero Guarantee 12% of first year's salary = 1 Month Guarantee 14% of first year's salary = 3 Month Guarantee 18% of first year's salary = 6 Month Guarantee GUARANTEE: If a suitable replacement cannot be found, you will receive a 100% credit applicable to future permanent requirements within the next 12 months. The guarantee will only apply when placement fees have been received within 30 days of the start date and the terms and conditions of the position (salary, bonuses, duties and business viability) are as stated upon hire. CONTRACTORS We place our contractors at an hourly rate plus a minimal uplift. Our clients know exactly what our contractor is being paid and the contractor knows exactly what the client is being billed. Our uplift is calculated for each individual project as they come up.
